Who I Am and What I Do

I received my massage training from the National Massage Therapy Institute and have been consistently helping people through massage for 20 years. I continue to increase my skills over the years, as I keep up with CEU classes and training. I am proficient in Trigger point Therapy, Swedish Massage and Deep tissue. Recently I completed my Reiki level 2 training and am happy to now offer to my clients. With my combined experience I corporate all these modalities into my practice to offer my clients a deeper level of healing. My passion is to help others reach their health and wellness goals and I believe that massage is an absolute necessity for everyone. I recommend getting massage regularly to help with stress, tension, recovery from injury as well as aid in your fitness routine.

MLD is a very gentle massage that accelerates the movement of lymphatic fluid. Your lymphatic system works with your cardiovascular system and helps rid your body of bacteria, viruses, cellular debris and excess fluid.
